how long after last meal to do cardio
On days that I cant do cardio in the morning how long after i eat my last meal can I do cardio... Also can you only not eat carbs before you workout or does this include protein and fat as well?
are pecans a good source of fat?

you can have protein and fat before you workout, pecans are an okay source of fat but I'd go with peanuts or almonds, and I'd wait at least 90 mins - 2 hours.

yes.. never EVER eat 12 reesus peanut butter cups 20min before working out !!!!!!! that is a NeddyNo'No

-sometimes i eat carbs b4 i workout other times no depends on wut i ate earlier and how my body feels
