    might be a little to much food for your size. ...Maybe drop meals 3 & 4 and spread the rest out a little more

    SO do you think that eating this much will just get me fat. I was actually thinking about pushing back meal 3 and scratching meal 4... Or should i do it the other way aorund? This is why i posted so i can get it right

    What about the other meals? Do they look ok for what i need?

    9 meals seems like an awful lot of feedings.

    i would take the tomato out of meal 1
    replace carbs in meal 2 with a fat...personally while cutting I only have my carbs PWO and PPWO, but thats me...if I feel I need them I will have oatmeal with my egg whites 45 mins after morning cardio....
    all the other meals look good, there is no better one to replace than another, just do like damiongage said and spread them out a little more

    I thought after doing cardio in the AM you do not want to have any carbs for the meal after cardio?

    Also why do you think tomato is no good to have?

    tomato=carbs, not with a pro/fat meal

    i usually eat pro/fat meal after cardio but if i feel i need some carbs i will have them first meal after cardio...as long as you wait 45 minutes after session you will be okay, otherwise the carbs will interfere with the bodies fat burning process

    Are the carbs for meal 8 ok? I have been reading that most people on a cutting diet save there carbs for PWO shake and PPWO meal.

    I am having PWO at 8pm and PPWO at 9:15 or so. Then going to bed around 11pm.

    Personally, i would kill your carbs in meal 8 but that is just me. I don't have any carbs when cutting (save dextrose) in the PM.
