Trial run at a diet, help me

Alright guys 6'1" tall, 190 lbs. Been Training for about 6 years, and about the last 2 have been with any knowledge of what I am doing. Last year, I broke the 200lb mark, but I wasn't eating very clean. I was simply eating everything in sight. I have an extremely high metabolism. I put this diet together to try and have a more clean approach. Maybe you guys could fill in or take out where you deem neccessary. Thanks for the help in advance.

    7:00 A.M.
Protein Drink (Nectar - 23g's protein)
    4 Egg Whites
Turkey Roll (4 oz. turkey, slice american cheese, flour tortilla)
    Carb Drink (glycoload - 50g's carbs, 210 cal's)

    10:00 A.M.
    1 oz. Peanut Butter
    Protein Drink

    12:00 P.M.
    5 oz. chicken breast
    3 oz. pasta

    3:00 P.M.
    1 oz. peanut butter
    Protein Drink

    4:30 P.M.
    Turkey Sandwhich (wheat)

    PWO
    Protein Drink ( 2 servings - 46 g's protein)
    Carb Drink

Dinner is usually a homecooked meal, so whatever I miss, I will make up after dinner, but this was my goal for the meal:
    30 g's protein
    50 g's carbs
    >30 g's fat
    300 calories

    Before Bed
    Protein drink
    1 oz. Peanut Butter

    This comes out to:

    300g's protein
    270 g's carbs
    > 100 g's fat
    2500 calories

The only problem I can see is the low amount of calories. I was thinking bringing in some flaxseed oil three times a day for another 6-800 calories. Any other suggestions?

Read the cutting sticky.... your approach is all wrong.

Fats and carbs together... no good.

    Is that a cutting diet?

Your main source of carbs should come from PWO & PPWO. I would drop these "carb drinks" as i am sure they are loaded with ****.

Get some Dextrose for PWO and use good carbs such as brown rice, yams, sweet potatoes, 100% rolled oats.

Lean bulking type diet. I want to get a diet in check before I start my first cycle. I also considered instead of two different drinks, building a drink at trueprotein.com. Thanks for the replies guys, definitely not cutting, but I don't want to eat too much crap, I'd like to keep it clean.
