My world tour left me in pretty rough shape. I've been hitting the gym hard for the last month and I'm getting my diet really dialed in. I got my body composition measured today. My target right now is to hit 285 lbs at 12% bodyfat by July. Then we'll see where we go from there.

My one-year-old was up until 2am last night so I didn't get a chance to take a pic. What I think I'm going to do is start a journal, describing my journey towards my goal. I'll post a progress pic every couple of weeks. Putting photos of myself online honestly scares the hell out of me, but I think it will actually be motivation. Look for it in the next day or so.
