How much a day?
Depends on calorie needs, the pro/carb/fat ratio you are using for your diet, etc.
i use 2 tablespoons a day
I use 1-2 tablespoons/day
In other pro/fat meals I use almonds and natural peanut butter.
A word of warning, make sure you use flax or olive oil.
I ran out of flax the other day, so I decided to use canola oil in my pro/fat shake instead. It took about 1 minute after consuming 1TBL of canola oil and I was on the toilet for the next half hour! :no:
