Oatmeal for carbs
I've been eating 1/2 cup oatmeal 2-3 times per day and thats the only carbs I get (besides PWO)... is there any problem with this? Should I throw brown rice in for one of those meals? I like oatmeal cuz its quick.

I personally see nothing wrong with it.... shouldn't be a problem...
You just might get really sick of them.......
Eating lots of veggies?

Atta boy.... I'm eating brocolli and cauliflower 2-3times a day.... going to grab some asparagus later in the week too haha ....
