    Oatmeal for carbs

    I've been eating 1/2 cup oatmeal 2-3 times per day and thats the only carbs I get (besides PWO)... is there any problem with this? Should I throw brown rice in for one of those meals? I like oatmeal cuz its quick.

    I personally see nothing wrong with it.... shouldn't be a problem...

    You just might get really sick of them.......

    Eating lots of veggies?

    Atta boy.... I'm eating brocolli and cauliflower 2-3times a day.... going to grab some asparagus later in the week too haha ....

    Not those 2 specifically.... but fibrous veggies in general are key....

    You should always incorporate veggies in your diet... and I so happen to really like the two!

    D@mn bro, I'm soooo paranoid about losing muscle but I want to get cut! I think I'm going to drop one of those pro-fat meals when I get on the anavar .

    Just keep your protein up, as you have it....

    Lift, drink lots of water, eat right, take your 'vitamins'....

    You're going to be fine.... think positive!!
