What do you mix it with? I have been eating it out of the can with hot sauce and lemon juice added to it. I just don't like the taste. I think that I am going to blend it in the blender and drink it instead. I don't want to add to much stuff to it. I just want to make it somewhat liquid.
tuna with mayo = great protein fat snack...
I don't like mayo. Would that liquify it to be able to drink it? I want to be able to drink it.
Man, just throw some hot sauce on it... I put taco bell sauce on mine now, it masks the taste of the tuna and makes me think I'm eating a taco :)
Low-carb BBQ sauce....
I usually use mayo though....
Peter Luger Steak Sauce, if you can't find that A-1 is good stuff too
i think blending it and drinking it will make it worse if you don't like it, just use a sauce that you like and add it on it, try the kind in the packets so much better.

I've been eating tuna for years and i think i have the best recipe. I mix about 1 to 2 cans with some slow cooked brown rice and about 8 egg whites into a tupper wear container. Its also a very easy and portable meal for on the go.
I just blender it in water... it's nasty but it's quicker than eating it.
I've heard of people using V8 veggy cocktail or diet pepsi
