Whats a replacement to flax seed oil?

Don't think my local grocery has flax seen oil. So until I order some online, what would be a good alternative to flax seed?

    thanks

usually the grocery store does not stock flax oil but if you have a health food store, GNC, or Vitamin Shoppe around you they definetly have it there....good luck.

If you have an organic store in your town they would have the flax seeds. You grind them up and they taste great mixed in with oatmeal, in addition you get the full fiber content unlike the oil.

Nope, the stuff sucks. I'd stick with olive oil.
