    Quick question

    i went to this medical company 2day and asked for glucose/dextrose after i got a long lecture from the guy there telling me that taking glucose pwo is not good and will mess up all my hormones will get fat as hell blah blah blah suck my dick i wonder wut wouldve happened if i asked bout protein so neway
    i got glucose monohydrate B.P 93 500g(powder)
    is this equal to dextrose ?
    the only dextrose i found was iv glucose and when i drank it i kept pissing every 5 mins maybe cuz of the osmosis

    1 more question can i use tuna in water with it pwo or does it have too much and i should just stick to egg whites


    and if its ok how much is 100 g? 100 ml in a measuring cup ?

    glucose monohydrate = dextrose monohydrate.

    Why don't you just go to a beer making supply store? I just bought 8 lbs yesterday for $4. No lectures, either.

    You put egg whites in you pwo shake? The protein in them and in tuna takes too long to digest to be effective as your pwo meal. You should be using dextrose and whey 2:1. Save the eggs or tuna for you ppwo meal.

    good advice i would do that but i have no access to supplements
    so wuts better egg whites with pwo or is the tuna in water too highin fat for pwo

    Wow, no access to supps That's terrible. The digestive times of other proteins is beyond my knowledge . Maybe someone else knows. I'm interested to know as well.

    From what I know about eggs, they take the longest to digest. I believe the casein(sp) protein that is supposed to be used before you go to sleep is made of egg protein. I would use the tuna pwo and save the eggwhites for before you go to sleep.

    no prob we're all here to learn and improve i hope u dont drink milk tho too much processed sugars if u want casein cottage cheese is good
