Need to be cursed out.....
Im supposed to be cutting and i have had my diet going really well for about 2 weeks. Cardio 6 days a week in the am and everything else fitting into place well.
But for some reason i just got this huge craving for ****ty food so I just killed 4 mini hot dogs, a philly cheese steak sandwich and french fries.
This sux.....anyone have any suggestions on killing cravings? Working out is my life - my passion, but sometimes the cravings just get the best of me!!!!!!!!
