Question Lee Haney Diet Plan Critique

I read this article in the Aug.2003 issue of flex, Lee Haney's Ideal Diet Plan. He says that 6-8weeks on this diet and you will get lean and hard without losing muscle. Is it any good?
    Meal 1
    8egg omelet(2whole 6whites)
    1 cup oatmeal
    5oz pineapple

    Meal 2
    2 chicken breast
    1 baked potato
    sauteed spinach
    5oz pineapple
    2 slices whole wheat toast

    Meal 3
    1 can tuna
    1 serving rice
    5oz pineapple

    Meal 4
Whole wheat pancakes with syrup and sliced banana
(any complex carb thats not too filling)

    Meal 5
    2 chicken breast
    steamed green vegetables
    rice or noodles
    5oz pineapple or peaches

    Meal 6
Mixed fruit salad or 1 cup oatmeal with strawberries.

    @ that dietary approach.

For one, Lee Haney probably never used that diet nor did he write that.

Secondly, I can't see anyone getting lean on that and keeping lean mass unless you were on every drug under the sun like he was.

    My vote = garbage.

Gotta love the pancakes and syrup!

Oh wait, they're whole wheat though!!!!!!

Seems like more of a sick joke than a diet!
