    Cutting diet critique please.

I am looking to shed some fat off mid section and face and get to about 5-7% bf and stay close to same weight, but really want those abs. This is close to what i want to do for like 8 to 12 weeks. I will change it the foods a bit here and ther for variety, but the figures should remain about the same.
questions: As the weeks go on, should i slowly up my carbs or stay where i am at? And should ab workouts be with cardio or seperate from cardio, i want the abs to show and just wondering what will bring the most fat burning potential in the mid section.
Stats 26 yrs old, 5’6” and 150lbs and to just to be on safe side, we'll say about 10% bf
    -Cardio 45 min, 1hr before meal #1
    Meal #1

    46g protein, 18g fat, 12.5g carbs
    Meal #2

    Meal #4
1 can of tuna w/ low-fat mayo and celery
    37.5g protein, 6.5g fat, 6g carbs
    -Workout
    Meal #5
2 scoop PWO shake w/ dextrose
    46g protein, 0g fat, 80g carbs
    Meal # 6

    37g protein, 4g fat, 22g carbs
    Meal #7
1 scoop protein shake w/ flax

hey man ive been looking for a cutting diet, i am 195 lbs, 6'0, not really defined but i workout and eat fairly healthy, but def dont do enough cardio right now or ab work. If im trying to lose weight is 190 grams of protein, 100 grams of carbs, 50 grams of fat ok?? ive seen people have more then this on a cutting diet, but im still buildin up to sufficent cardio/ab workout , so untill then i figure ill stay on the low end?? is this ok?
(sorry man i just realized im jacking ur thread, ill start my own people can respond to)

Skip the oatmeal from this meal. You don't want to mix carbs and fats.
    Meal #2
2 scoop protein shake w/ flax
    46g protein, 14g fat, 0g carbs
    Fine
    Meal #3
    1 chicken breast (6-8 oz) w/ broccoli
    38g protein, 5g fat, 5g carbs
    Add some fat here.
    Meal #4
1 can of tuna w/ low-fat mayo and celery
    37.5g protein, 6.5g fat, 6g carbs
Screw the low fat mayo. Get the regular stuff. Fat is your friend.
    -Workout
    Meal #5
2 scoop PWO shake w/ dextrose
    46g protein, 0g fat, 80g carbs
    Nice
    Meal # 6
Protein meal (about 6-8 oz of steak, beef, or chicken) and ½ cup rice, 1 Glucorell capsul before meal
    37g protein, 4g fat, 22g carbs
    Looks good
    Meal #7
1 scoop protein shake w/ flax
    23g protein, 14g fat, 0g carbs
Not bad, but try some real food before bed instead of the shake.
    Total = 273.5g protein, 61.5g fat, 125.5g carbs

    My responses in bold.

As long as you are ingesting healthy fats at other meals, red meat/mayo/eggs should not be an issue when eaten apart from high glycemic carbs and insulin spikes in general.

Those are what cause heart disease actually, but the FDA won't address that! Gotta keep the money in healthcare!
