So I've started cutting. Going to post my diet to make sure everything is in check....
Breakfast
830-930
either 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg with 1 scoop of protein powder or just 2 scoops protein powder
2 pieces wheat toast with peanut butter
1200
can of tuna, nuts

lean protein, nuts

lean protein, nuts
Gym 730-930
lift then cardio 45 mins

PWO- 2 scoops protein, 1/2c dextrose

lean protein, complex carbs about 50 g
protein shake before bed (maybe with i TB of olive oil?)

Also, doing cardio for 45 mins after weight while prepping for a show is a horrid idea.
(weights/cardio together is a bad idea)

Well sometimes I split them up but when your taking biology, physics, chem, and statistics plus trying to work there are only so many hrs in a day... I know to try and break them up but I cant always...

went to physics lab
Gym 11-1230 chest and tris couldnt do shoulders cause my shoulder hurt (ill have to do them this weekend..)
@ home had a PWO shake
44g protein
75 g dextrose
Im planning on eating some chicken breast with a complex carb...
40g protein
50g carbs
When should i fit in my cardio today?
Should I wait about 3 hrs after i eat my last meal??
