after your PWO (DEX/PRO) and PPWO (Pro/Carb) you should probably only be taking in two more Pro/Fat meals before bed (depending on how late you stay up)

    I do something like this

6:00pm PPWO - Lean ground beef & White rice
9:00pm Pro Shake w/ Flaxseed oil or almonds
12:00 1.5 Cans Tuna and Flaxseed oil or almonds

    Bed!

You should, IMO, always take in protein with a fat/carb so that your body doesn't use the protein for energy, but rather uses the fat or carb and protein is used for muscle repair/growth.

    thanks HammerCurler....
    yeah i always do take in pro/fat or pro/carb meals...never fat/carb....

that really clears things up for me...i just wasnt sure if...since im cutting, the pro/fat...especially the fat...if it would make me gain bad weight while sleeping

If you're done your PPWO meal @ 5pm, then I would have another meal @ 7:30, and then maybe even another before bed @ 9:30 to last you through atleast part of the night.

Maybe a shake w/ flax would be best suited for right before you hit the pillow.

if you're cutting then definately pro/fat only before bed.

The good thing about Flax or Almonds is that they're EFA's and will not increase body fat, but rather, help you lose fat if you're taking them in moderation (1TBL Flax/meal, or 20-25 almonds/meal, depending on body weight, i'm about 187lbs)

What you have or don't have will have to take into account what you have eaten earlier in the day - aka - your diet/approach as a whole.
