Dieting while on clen
I don't wanto sacrifice too much muscle, by only eating carbs first meal and post workout shake and post workout meal, will i lose muscle....
other meals are protein/Udo's oil...

1/2 cup of carbs in the morning, 50 grabs of dextrose post workout shake, and 1/2 cup of carbs post meal.......
and about 3 tablespoons of udos daily....shoukld i be fine?
im 5"11, 185, 14% bf

make sure you supplement some taurine and some pottasium. I just got the most god awful leg cramps yesterday after squating I could barely walk. I'm leaving to the health store to pick some up now.

i know how to cycle the clen , its my diet im worried about, i dont want to lose to much to fast..as i did in previeous years using clen.

If you retain a high level of protein in your diet (1.5g/lb +) you should be fine....
Also, you may want to bump the amount of dex in your PWO shake to around 80g... with 40g of whey.......
I would suggest using more than 3tblsp. of fat throughout the day though... if that is the only source you're using...
Udo's Oil is great...

my diet is roughly 275g of protein, 150 carbs on training days, and 50 grams of fats from Udo's...

I think I have a right to whine. There so bad I came seconds to sh*ting my pants yesterday, they cramped up so bad walking to the batheroom, I had to literally crawl to the crapper. Man talk about a close call.

3-5 grams of potassium and taurine a day will take care of those cramps in no time
