    Optimum bf% to cycle?

Okay, can anyone tell me what bf % I should be at before I begin a cycle? I'm 5'8'' 175 lbs and have 15%bf; just had it checked the other day with one of those electronic hand held devices. Should this even be a concern of mine? Somehow I think it should. Any advice would be appreciated.

I would be more concerned with the amount of lean muscle mass you have... If this is your first cycle you really want to maximize all that you can get naturally before jumping on the band wagon. I bet if you read the diet and training forums you could put on 10lbs in 2-3 months naturally...

Thanks for the quick response. Isn't it possible to tell how much lean muscle mass I have by knowing my height, weight, and bf%? Excuse me if I sound ignorant, but is there a difference between LEAN muscle mass and just regular muscle mass, or are they the same thing??

When/if to cycle is all a matter of personal preference.

Usually it's a good idea to tap out all natural potential in any regard before resorting to having to use exogenous aides.
