Now How Does My Diet Look?
Meal 1: 3 eggs(210cal 21g pro), 3 strips of turkey bacon(70 cal 5g pro) english muffin (140 cal 4 gram pro) 1 Orangina (180 cal)
600 cal 30g protein
Meal 2: Isopure Shake (1 scoop)
100 cal, 25g protein
Meal 3: Tuna w/ 1 scoop mayo, 3 strips turkey bacon
350cal 39g protein
Meal 4: 2 Chicken Breast (8oz) Orangine (180 cal)
710cal 58g protein
Workout
Meal 5: Muscle Milk Shake
348cal 32g protein
Meal 6: Isopure Shake (2 scoops)
200 cal 50g protein
Total: 2308cal 234g protein
i'm tryin a clean bulk...hows it look?

Not looking to hot to be honest. Read the bulking sticky some more....Somethings to work on is your not getting enough carbs...you wana grow? Carbs are essential. Second seperate your carbs from fat for meals...

that diet is brutal bro. there is nothing clean about it. Too many shakes, not enough complex carbs, no veggies, and too much sat fat!

Carbs and Fats are as important as protein.

You need good carbs or low gi carbs in the morning, and avoid them in the evening. I would try 3/6 meals with carbs. But something about you makes me feel that youre not ready to bulk. YOu look a bit overweight. You HAVE to cut if that is you man, youre gonna balloon and explode im serious. Happenned to my friend and not alotogether pretty. Cut.

If you're an ectomorph, you're going to have to eat a lot more than that. Try 3500-4000 calories.
