How Much Calories Is Too Much Per Meal?
I know its horrible to have huge meals filled with calories at one sitting, so how much would be too many calories per meal?

Depends on the person's goals, weight, on-cycle or not, health factors, etc. Many factors come into play here. For example if you're on a bulking diet and you're trying to consume 4000cals a day, you can eat 6 meals with approx 600-700cals a meal. Its not written in stone.

The best thing to do to figure out how many cals to consume to your goals is to eat normally for a week, your maintenance level...count the calories and divide them by the days. When you figure out your average daily calorie intake, add 500cals and see your body's reaction. If you put on mass without much body fat, its a good level.
