Fibrous Vegetables, i.e. Broccoli, Green Beans, etc are mostly fiber and should not produce any insulin response whatsoever. I typically include these in my solid pro/fat meals.

It's fine insulin spike wise, yes, but will depend of course on all of your other dietary intake.

Hey bro, you should check out the cutting sticky at the top of this forum. Great information there!

Agreed about the sticky. Some quick comments:

In terms of cardio - I would do 4-5 days if cutting from 20%.

    In terms of diet:

8:00 am 5 egg whites with 1 whole wheat bread FINE, MAYBE TRY AN ALTERNATIVE TO BREAD LIKE OATS
11:00 whey pro PROTEIN ALONE ISN'T IDEAL. GET SOME HEALTHY FATS - NUTS, ANPB, FLAX OIL ETC.
2:00 chicken breast or lean steak with some broccli GET SOME HEALTHY FATS HERE TOO
    3:00 working out
    4:00 pwo
6:00 tuna with brown rice TRY HAVE THIS EARLIER, AROUND 5. OTHERWISE LOOKS GOOD. TRY ALTERNATIVES TOO TO KEEP YOU SANE LIKE SWEET POTATO, BASMATI RICE, BULGUR WHEAT, ETC.
9:00 green salad with oil and vineger FINE BUT THERE IS NO PROTEIN. GET IN SOME LEAN PROTEIN HERE. ALSO MAKE IT EARLIER DUE TO THE PPWO BEING EARLIER, SO EAT THIS AT AROUND 8.
whey pro before i sleep GET SOME HEALTHY FATS HERE. FLAX/UDOS OIL, ANPB OR OTHER NUT BUTTER ETC. WHEY IS FINE BUT NOT IDEAL, TRY A SLOWER PROTEIN LIKE COTTAGE CHEESE, CASEIN PROTEIN, A PROTEIN BLEND ETC.

The title of this thread reminds me of a joke. Sorry but I just had too.

The retarded man comes home from work, and the retarded wife is cooking dinner. The man looks at what she is cooking and says "where are the veggies ?" She looks at him and says "Oh they arnt home from school yet"
