help with diet
Hey whats up all, Thanks so much for all the great info!! please help me with my diet. I am 5'11, 200 and about 12% BF. I am also cutting, how does this look?
10am-11am -cardio-
11:45am 1st meal- 8 eggs whites 1/4 cut nuts
3:00pm 2nd meal -can on tuna 2 tbs of Natty BP
5:00pm -workout-
6:00 pm 3rd meal-Pow
7:30pm 4th meal-PPow...chicken, 1/2cup oats, lettuce
11:00 pm 5th meal-protein shake, 1/4 cup nuts
3:00 am 6th meal-Protein shake, 2 tbs flax

Yes, I am doing about 50 minutes of cardio at heartrate and for my pwo meal, it is protein at 45 and dex at 90g. I cant push my workout back becasue of my work. Is is alright that i dont have hardly any carbs in there? on non lifting days, i dont have any carbs. is this alright? and how much more protein should i be getting in meal 1?
