    - I'd suggest 1/2 cup Oats instead of nuts in Meal 1.
    - You've got a 3.25hour gap between Meal 1 & 2... shorten that if possible.
    - I'd up your 2nd meal to 1.5-2 cans of tuna.... personally I like full fat mayo with my tuna vs. natty PB...
    - If I were you, I'd eat a pro/fat meal first, then your pro/carb meal instead as your workout directly follows...
    - What is your PWO? 80-90g Dex / 40-45g Whey?
    - You have to include more vegetables... fibrous veggies are best...

    Need more protein

3:00pm 2nd meal -can on tuna 2 tbs of Natty BP

    Good

    5:00pm -workout-
    6:00 pm 3rd meal-Pow

    Whey/Dextrose I assume??

    7:30pm 4th meal-PPow...chicken, 1/2cup oats, lettuce

Oats are ok to use, but I would opt for something like rice or potatoes here personally. Oats have fiber, and fiber slows digestion.

    11:00 pm 5th meal-protein shake, 1/4 cup nuts

    Good

    3:00 am 6th meal-Protein shake, 2 tbs flax
Good, maybe a little high on the fat side but shouldn't hurt.

Also, you may want to move your workout time back one more meal, as ideally you want to eat 3 meals after cardio before lifting. Not necessary, but recommended.

Also, make sure you are doing cardio for atleast 40 minutes @ your target heart rate.

    Good luck

Yes, I am doing about 50 minutes of cardio at heartrate and for my pwo meal, it is protein at 45 and dex at 90g. I cant push my workout back becasue of my work. Is is alright that i dont have hardly any carbs in there? on non lifting days, i dont have any carbs. is this alright? and how much more protein should i be getting in meal 1?
