    for a bulking diet, i read the sticky and now i'm doing those things...seperating fats and carbs, great post workout nutrition, etc...but out of the 2500 calories i plan to consume I don't know how much is supposed ot be carbs, & how much fat

    Just refer to how the meals are laid out. After you have your calories figured, you would distribute them in much the same order/pattern as the sample, the only difference being the actual amounts which are derived from your caloric findings.

    2500 calories isnt enough for a bulking diet IMO. Do you consider yourself an Ectomorph, Mesomorph, or Endomorph?
