what is in your salad, and when are you eating it?
Where is this meal?
PPWO? If it is, I'd say it's fine.. just remember that the salad contains fibre, which will slow down digestion..........(also, keep in mind what dressing you're using)...
I would eat that meal Pre W/O myself.... but while cutting I generally keep my carbs excluded to A.M. Oats, PWO Dex, and PPWO Rice/Yams...
