i know there is not a correct answer here but i able to only eat 7 meals a day and i am coming a little short on cals that i want to get in(3500). right now i am eating 1 cup of oats which is around 50 grams but i was thinking of ways to bump my calories up and since i am doing a lean bulk i was thinking of taking in alot more carbs but i am not sure how many carbs to take in one sitting.
