I have just bought some dextrose And I need nto know how Much with PWO meal.

PWO Shake
30 gm Whey Protein
Dextrose????
Can you suggest a carb?

2 scoops whey and 1/2 cup dextrose is the easiest way IMO to get a 2:1 ratio. If your only getting 30g of whey then go a little less than 1/2 cup. 2 scoops of whey for me is 40g and 1/2 cup is 80g dex.

Suggest a carb? Sheit yea! It's called Maltodextrin. It's cheap too.

Will Dextrose put a belly on me if I have too much?Is it ok tu use for cutting?

Anything will put a belly on you if it's too much for you and your goals.

I use it cutting w/no issues, as it's in the correct amounts for me.

What is the correct ammount 2 parts protein 1 part DEX?
so if I have 40 grams protein I pot 30 grams of DEX?

It's a 2 to 1 ratio of DEX to PROTEIN.

The actual amounts, again, are dependent upon a person's stats/goals/etc.

I am cutting now and I keep it 2:1. You shouldn't put on fat because of pwo dex.
