    Looking for suggestions on..

    A good book that will break down most foods nutritional content (protien, carbs, fat). Can anyone out there suggest a good one.

    Yeah seen those sites....but looking for more of book so when I am on the road I can have them on hand. I have seen some of those books on those 2 sites and the lack certain foods.

    Some good nutrition books, (FOOD AND NUTFITON) anita tull (POWER EATING 1&2) (nutrition for serious athletes) (the sports nutrition guide book) all are good reads,,

    The Glycemic revolution or Glucose revolution something like that has all listings of tons of foods along w/ gi listings
