Is My Diet Shi^
Well Im on a bulker now and made my own diet, with a little help from Cutler. Let me know what you guys think. Swole?
malto meal w/ 35 grams protein powder 8:00am
11:00 10 oz beef whether it be steak or ground
11:20 50 grams protein
12:30 can of tuna 1 cup of asparagus
2:00 10 oz beef and 1 cup of asparagus
3:15 50 grams protein
6:00 12 oz beef 1 cup asparagus
8:00 50 grams protein 2-3 chx breast
10:00 bed time
Repeat every day. Very strict on diet, havent cheated since March 7th when I had a whole fukn pizza to the dome.

yeah, i'd say for a bulker you'd need a lot more carbs. i think there's more carbs than that in the cutting sticky. but, i'm no expert, just my opinion

Im not a believer in the Carb bull**** but as you can see I don't consume alot of them. My protein is 5g carbs per serving. No pasta, sometimes Ill have rice though.
Where can I get some quality dex?

yeah, i would. read the bulking sticky. or the "lean mass" sticky. looks like you have all kinds of protein, but i would think you would need more carbs in there.

well, i just reread both stickies. i guess the first time i read them it seemed like there were a lot more carbs in those. but, i guess there's not an incredible amount of carbs really. but more than you've got i believe

and brew was right on about switching the shake around with the meal after working out, except i would take the shake within about 10-15 minutes after your workout instead of waiting half an hour.

yeah that diet needs lotsa work
learn to love yams/brownrice/barely/ all veggies and nuts and FLAX
carbs most important thing pwo and ppwo.

i eat 5-6 servings of asparagus daily
its like a part of my family now
