BBQ sauce?
What brand do you guys use?
All they have at the grocery store is the Kraft kind. I take the light one. It doesn't taste that good.

I USE BBQ SAUCE LIKE ITS GOING OUT OFF STYLE, my lunch (one of 3) has been the same for the alst 2 weeks, 2 chicken breasts grilled in a pan with some raw thinly sliced onions, throw some bbq sauce ontopt o saute the onions n flavor the chicken, then ,elt a piece of moneray jack cheese on each, gives it alittle zing, ITS AMAZING!!!

I actually use the Atkins brand bbq sauce because of the low sugar/carb count.
I would use something normal if I only used a tspoon but I load that stuff on.

Im a BBQ sauce fanatic and the best sauce out there w/o question is SweetBaby Ray's. On cheat days I go through 1 large bottle of that crap. I put that **** on pizza, crackers, pasta, etc. But the best is on some good ol' Pringles.
Other then that it aint that good for a diet. The only time I would ever use it is for my PPWO meal and i wouldnt use much. Then again I gain fat quite easily. You may be diff so try it and see
