    food digestion questions

    After you lift and you have your PWO shake what exactly happens to it? Ive heard that these nutrients are rushed to your muscles to help aid in recovery? Are the majority of these nutrients going to the muscles trained that day?? JW

    the carbs from dextrose shuttle protein to your muscles that need them most, and the dex also spikes your insuline levels and restores the muscle glycogen lost durrinbg training.

    and a big insulin spike PWO can increase protein synthesis up to if not higher than 400%... read this in some Study done by japanese people so it must be accurate.
