Brown rice is boring

What do you guys add to it? I'm getting tired of eating mountains of plain brown rice. Soy Sauce? Pretty high in Sodium...but okay?

I use white rice myself, can't stand brown.

I use white as well...softer than brown and tastier too

brown rice with steamed or grilled chicken with 1 little packet of soysauce.. yummyyyyyy :eat:

yeah i know its ok for ppwo im talking as a regular pro/carb since u say its ok for ppwo then its too high for a regular meal

I've been eating it with lean/extra lean ground beef or grilled chicken. I'm gonna have to start adding a bit of soy sauce, though, I think.

i think i stopped caring bout taste i havnt used ketchup/mustard/soy sauce etc.....cuz there are no sugar free ketchup mustard etc... when u stop eating that stuff u dont care bout it nemore for me atleast
