NOT ENOUGH cutting or not....you still need to bring in fat...i think you need to eat 10-15 of those to get 2 tbsps

Skip the capsules and the flax seed oil all together. Instead, just buy raw flax seeds. I keep mine in a jar in the refrigerator. Eat 1-5 teaspoons a day. The seeds taste like sunflower seeds, so it's easy to do. You can also grind them up and put them on cereal or salad.Quote:
