wait you are saying please dont tell me you arent doing 3 cardio diets for what reason? because its insanely time consuming? or is it because it has some bad effect that im not aware about.... please be first reason, because ive been doing 2 cardios with a workout every now and then.

Wow.
Bye bye muscle!!!
I'd make some dietary adjustments and scale back the cardio. There is only so much fat you can safely lose in a day and at a time, so over-doing cardio will just waste time and lean muscle tissue on top of it.

im confused on the fact that the carbs are higher than the protein intake but oh well...

Precisely why the diet needs to be altered as well as the cardio activity for better results.

I love how he's eating TWO POUNDS of yams, but he's going to use ATkins Barbecue sauce to lower carbs.
This is a joke, right?

You'll want to read it yet again and submit it yet again.
I see NO FAT at all in your diet, no adequate pwo meals, etc.
9 grams of fat in a cutting diet is HORRID.
Error ridden.

I would drop the chicken breast w/ rice at meal 1 and have a pro shake w/ flax or a cup of 100% rolled oats.
You want a fast absorbing protein here.....
