ok i decided to go ahead and try out a test only cycle for my first cycle. i am 20 at 5'11 208 and 8% bf.

i will be doing test e at 400-500mgs for 10 weeks. week 13-15 will be pct with clomid. i will be running tribulus throughout cycle until pct is over. My goal is to gain lean hard mass around 10-15 lbs. I am concerned with getting the test enathate bloat, so i need some advice.
If i follow the how to bulk sticky and eat all clean complex carbs and good fats will this help minimize the bloat?

0.5g Arimidex and 10g Nolvadex ED will surely help eliminate a lot of bloat

yea but i don't know if i am going to have access to either of those so that is why i was asking about the diet being in check

Nolva is a must. You never know how sensitive to the extra estrogen you will be. After 10 weeks you may not have a problem or you could have developed man boobs that would need expensive surgery to correct. What good would a cycle be if you got big arms and need a c cup bra? Nolva is cheap, armidex is reasonable to. One blocks estrogen from the receptors, the other reduces estrogen.

Tamox = Nolva
Liquidex = Armidex

and I spose clomi is thier clomid. I have plenty of nolva already but my source was taking his sweet time with the clomids. thats fairly useful thanks.
