Say I'm bulking. Say all my carbs are split up between meal #1, PWO, and PPWO meals.
Would instant noodles or some other type of pasta be an acceptable carb source in my PPWO meal?
Take it for granted that the pasta is fat free, and remember that this is a BULKING diet.
I know that a complex carbohydrate is ideal for this meal but I hate the idea of eating anyore brown rice and oatmeal than I already am.
