OK...I've been learning a lot from the guys in here about cycles and that a proper diet will help you gain weight quickly. Hopefully someone can help me with some advice. I gotta gain 15lbs and before the diet I show my diet intake a week ago was around 2000cals....I've never been able to gain weight because I play soccer 24-7 and play pro-soccer now. How should I gain 15lbs the quickest I'm 6'1 170 7%BF....I know real food is best. This is how my diet looks right now:
4eggs
protein shake
toast
myoplex bar
Buritto
2 pieces of pizza
12inch sub
myoplex bar
protein shake
chicken breast
somethin else
All together its greater than 3000cals and around 150-200g of protein no idea about the fat....
