    important question

    i am very tired after work around 6 p.m. ,so i like to take an hour nap before hitting the gym, is it ok to eat my pre workout meal before my nap, wake up an hour later and hit the gym around 8 or should i take my nap after work and eat when i get up at 7 and go to the gym at 8? which do you think is better? thanks

    lol, guys no one answered my question about the nap they told me what to eat , but i just wanted to know is it ok to eat a pre workout meal at 6 and then take a nap for an hour, get up and hit the gym between 8-8:30 or should i take the nap for an hour at 6 , eat my pre workout meal 7 and then hit the gym between 8-8:30. guys i really appreciate a definite answer on this and i swear i will never ask any shape or form of this question again. i bet my left nut on that!

    LOL, it's okay to ask away bro, but just bump your other threads instead of making new ones.

    I'd nap first if you must, then eat and wait a bit to train.
