important question
i am very tired after work around 6 p.m. ,so i like to take an hour nap before hitting the gym, is it ok to eat my pre workout meal before my nap, wake up an hour later and hit the gym around 8 or should i take my nap after work and eat when i get up at 7 and go to the gym at 8? which do you think is better? thanks
