Need more calories when I am ON?

    Hi.
I think this is better place for my question than the diet section.
I am 1,80 cm tall and my weight is 90kg (approx 200 pound)

I bulk very clean for a half year. I eat 4000 kcal a day (lot's of prot and good carbs, minimal fat).
I tried to up my calories, but the plus gain was only fat. So I think approx. 4000 kcal is enough me for bulking (when I am off)

Now I started a bulking cycle.
    1-10 Sustanon 500mg/week (shot e2d)
    1-10 deca 400mg/week
    1-4 dianabol 40mg
    1-10 nolvadex 10mg

Should I up my calories ? If I shuld, when? I am on the 2. week now, I feel the power of the dbol . At the first week my breave grown 2 cm. I think it is water only, but I'm afraid of eating more calories.
    So what should I do?

    This is the diet section!

Keep track of your kcals and adjust as you progress.

If you want to bulk, and get the most out of your cycle you+re going to gain some fat - its inevitable. Going for a lean bulk on that much gear is pointless. Up our kcals, and keep in mind that you'll be gaining weight during the cycle so you must up the kcals even more as time goes on.

Rember, putting on muscle mass is hard wotk, and shedding fat is easy if you know what you're doing. Bulk now, shed it later, and you'll be satisfied with the results.

    Ok

So Today I up my calories 4000--->4500

Should I eat more fat (now I eat 50-60g fat/day) or more good carbs (440g/day)
(I can't eat more protein, 'cause my protein intake is very high (360g/day)
    ???

When I was bulking, I ate upward of 8k calories a day and about 450g of protein, constantly feeding my face. If you are trying to bulk, I wouldn't even worry about gaining fat, like bor said, it is inevitable, just eat eat eat until you are about to puke, than eat some more, but remember to eat clean foods!. When you are ready to cut, than worry about a really strict "low calorie" diet. until than, eat like crazy!

I think 8k is a bit much for my 200 pound. No?
When I am off, and up 4000 --> 4300 only my bf% grow.
So I think 4500 is enough for me when I am ON.
    Or try the 5k?

More good cardbs, but don't cut the fat out, and there is no such thing as too much protein while ON

everyone is different. I realy need to supress my apetite when bulking becuase if I eat as much as I want to I get seriously fat very quickly. If you gain both strenght and size at 4k kcal then I se no point in going higher if it only makes you fatter.
The fatter you get when bulking the worse it is to cut not to mention its not healthy.
If you increase kcal do it by throwing in a extra protein shake or 2 with some flax oil in them.

    thanks bor

lol I tried the lee priest eat all you want diet once during my first bulk cycle. I gained well over 40 ibs in 5 weeks!! 60% of it was pure fat the rest bloat and that was the last time I did hardcore bulking. Nowdays I have noticed I can bulk on around 3000-3500kcal and I still get upp to around 220+ every bulk.

giving that advice to a endo is a big no no. for a ecto or meso it might work but a endo would end upp miserably fat. Is a few extra ibs of muscle worth looking like a bloated pig half the year? I used to think it was but not anymore. Not healthy and whats the use to have a great body if its covered in layers of disgusting fat 50% of the time....

imo eathing ****loads of food works to get big for 4-5 weeks tops then the fat piles on and the strenght and size gains stops. I gain mad for a few weeks then I just get big, fat, sluggish, winded, miserable, slow.

I not telling him to eat just fast food, or have everything fried. If he ate clean, but lot of it and lots of protein, he will gain a little fat no doubt, but while "on" he will get much better results if he did not have a restriction on the number of calories per day. Fat is inevitable but i seriously dont believe he will "miserably fat". I guess it jst all depends on ones body.

Im just saying from my personal experience I gain as good(strenght and muscle not weightgain obviously) when on and at 3000-3500kcal/day as I do with 6000+ kcal.

Its not like steroids turn the body into a furnace or something. I dont think on and off kcal should differentiate so much. It all depends on metabolism and very few that I know can force feed themself(even with clean food)madly and not get fat as hell. Maby if he makes sure every meal is 50% veggies because they are so filling.

Ohh well we aggre to disaggre

Very true but this is the beauty, every BODY is different. I ate like a freakin bear (assuming they eat lot) when i was On and got great results. You say you can eat moderatly and get great results. I guess the real answer here is What works best for YOU? discover how your body reacts, and what is the best meathod to use.

    Its a draw

    So please check my diet:

    meal 1 (7am): 2 scop whey protein + 140g oatmeal

meal 2 (10am): 1 scop whey protein + 120g oatmeal (non training day)
or PWO shake (i end the training ~11am) (with 40g whey, 50g dex, 40g maltodextrin, 12g glutamin)

    meal3 (1pm): 200g chicken breast or tuna, 125g rice + some veggies

meal4 (4pm): 200g chicken breast or tuna, 125g brown rice + some veggies

    meal5 (6pm): 1 scop of whey prot, 120g oatmeal

meal6 (9pm): 200g tuna or chicken breast 2 tablespoon flax seed oil

before bed (~10pm): 1 scop of whey proteine
at night: 1 scop whey protein

I eat all of my food without salt

It is approx 3800kcal (340g protein, 440g carbs, 60g fat)
In wich meal can I put more calories? And what should I add?
    Is it a good diet?

Can I put some oat in my before bed shake? Or I shouldn't eat carbs before bad.

I gained 6 kilos in the first 3 weeks. Most of them is water weight from the d-bol (or fat, because my waist grow).
How can I differentiate the fat and the water??? 'Cause I want to stay lean, and I dont know I gained fat or just waterweight

but I am strong as hell by now, and gained muscle as well.

If you are trying to gain weight, than i would say yes, eat your oats befor you go to bed. The d bol will make you retain alot of water so to cut down on this a little i would use liquidex.
