yea but you gotta throw in the carbs from milk and that will mess you up if u are dieting hard

just had some this morning bro.....it isn't too bad. ive been buying it for a while now. the only thing is i try to eat it only once a week w/skim milk because im cutting and want to stay away from all the processed sugars contained in milk. other then that it is a great source of protien.
