I'm really trying to keep it clean on this bulk, been following a specific 40/40/20 diet...seperating carbs and fats, etc...should I do cardio on an empty stomach still while I'm bulkin to avoid gaining too much fat? If so, how many days a week?

The days per week depends on your goals, etc...
Try 3 days a week, and judge for yourself... no one will know your body better than you do... :)
