    breakfast: milk or white egg??

    hi there
since i was a child i didnt use to eat alot at breakfast.. so plz dont ask me to eath more than this coz i can hardly swallow food at morning
im only 120lbs i wanna gain. now im on a good diet. all meals are okay except my breakfast i dont like it. which breakfast do u recommend for ME??
    4 egg white (total: 65cal, 15prot, 0carb, 0fat) or
    2 cups of milk, whole, 3.3% fat (total: 300cal, 16prot, 24carb, 16fat)
it seems to me that milk is much better!! more calories, prot, carb and fat!! it even dont need cooking!!
i dont know why milk isnt mentioned in most of ur diets?? is there something wronge with it?? if its about fat or carbs then u gotta know that i dont care if gained fat i already have cuts everywhere in my body!!
so tell me why dont u use milk in ur diets???

That should get you up to 120.2 pounds in about a year or so.

It would be wise to post your entire daily diet for critique... I have a nagging suspicion that if you can't gain weight at 120 pounds, something is terribly wrong with your diet.

At your weight I see no problem drinking a $hitload of milk... drop the "14 butter spoon daily" though, that is just retarded. You could instead add mayo or olive oil to your tuna and markone meals.

Are you drinking a PWO shake with dextrose and protien in a 2:1 ratio?

Also you should post up your workouts in the workout forum.. are you doing squats and deadlift?

You should get a book called "Brawn". It is geared toward hardgainers like yourself.

    Milk has SO much sugar.........

I drank a sh!t-load of it growing up, and on the farm, but I rarely drink it now that I care for my body .....

There are far better methods of consuming protein.

    I hated brakfast for years.

A good place to start to stay with it is a couple of the following.

    Oatmeal
    Cereal
    Bannanas
    Honey
    Protein shake- OJ/egg whites/vanilla protein....mmmmmm good.

You can get this down and you can go from there. The key is to just force it down at first.

breakfast is the most important meal of the day, if you want to gain then you have to eat breakfast. No way around that, force feed yourself if you have to but dont say "I cant do it"

If you want to add any kind of **** on your body. Why not do the cheapest and easiest way to do that? 2 words.. Mc Donalds ($1 menu)

Immediately after lifting your body needs protein as quick as possible... hence the protein shake (digested faster) and dextrose (simple sugar, creates an insulin spike so more protein is absorbed).

Food is digested slower than a protein shake.

yep Whey isolate is absorbed in about 30 min
if you can use dextrose to create a large enuff insulin spike you can increase your protein synthesis by ~400%... this is a good thing
