    cheat day

    everyone is talking about eating bad foods today is my cheat day and ive had mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and about 10 donuts

    **** thats a lot i actually have one whole cheat day because it keeps me on my diet the other 6 days of the week, plus i dont look any fatter the next day

    i go with 6 cheat days and one strict day, the cheat days make that one strict day so much easier to handle
