OK Lets say my 6th meal of the day has 89g protein and 29g fat and 8 carbs from a steamed chicken and peanut butter meal. (Pro/Fat) Yes I know my body can not handle 89g of protein in one serving but what happens to it? If, with that meal, the totals for cal,pro,carb, and fat are at what I want them to be at the end of the day is it still bad? :scratch:
