    pizza post workout

    this question is for the elite experienced dieters
    can i eat a pizza with extra cheese and beef post workout instead of the whey/dextrose shake ?it have for calories and its tastier

    Put lot's of peperoni on for extra protien. I hear that's what ALL of the serious body builders do. Top it off with a bit of KFGC for the pultry value and maybe chug down a litre or two of Pepsi for the extra carb spike.
