    Is this normal?

I have been on a cutting diet for the past week and i am not used to eating so much food, but when i look down, my stomach looks twice as big. Is this normal and am i still probable cutting fat. It just looks bigger then what i started with. I am hitting the cardio hard as well as weights and abs. Also, do you guys think the working abs 4 days a week is too much or should i be fine.

Not a bad diet at all... looks pretty spot on. I don't know what would be causing stomach bloating. Are you taking in a PWO shake on non-training days?

Did you bulk before you cut? If not, wait till you have to eat 1 1/2 times that or so when you want to put on mass... thats a lot of food

naw, never bulked before this diet, 4 years ago when i did a cycle. gain 32 lbs in 9 weeks, but i think the juice increased my appetite. but this all seems normal right. You think my stomach should subside i hope. it is hard keeping up with all this food, feels like i am always eating. will i get use to this.

I think so... I used to force-feed myself about every 2 1/2 hours (remember, appetite is not necessary for eating) and now if I don't get food for 3 hours I am STARVING!!!! So I think I trained myself that way.

yeah bro, you'll get used to it. It comes second nature down the road. You might be backed up I got that way when i started cutting like you, just takes time for your body to get used to your eating habits.

3 days!!!...dude get the supp. I would think the reason you look a little bloated would def come from not going to the bathroom. You can also try adding some more fiber rich veggies to your diet.
