    lactose in milk?

    about 40g of my daily carb intake comes form lactose in milk, what i want to know is will this cause me to not look as hard and ripped as i could???

    Sorry, just sounds funny because it sounds like you chose milk on purpose for carbs.

    But yeah, that will not lend a crisp/sharp look @ all.

    haha no no, what i do is i actually eat my oats cold and i put milk with them! thats where it comes from! haha nope not one of my carb meals!

    Or maybe that carb countdown "fake" milk. It tastes really good though, and is low carb. You can use that and see if it betters your look. If not, then just say f*ck it and use water, that way you are 100% sure.

    I havent had milk for 2 months.....Cant wait till my bulk starts on may 5th!
