    last meal of the day

I am trying to establish a good lean mass kinda diet. Following Mike's Sticky pretty well. Got one question lifting somewhat late at night and very hard to get that last meal in. I get my pwo shake down, but my meal is would be 10pm. So how bad is it to have your day end with just he pwo shake.

When are you going to bed? Directly after your 10pm shake of dex and whey?

I would try to wait an hour or so to eat a PPWO meal of lean protein, and low GI carbs... (chicken & rice/yams for instance)...

Your situation isn't really ideal, but IMO, that would be what I'd do....

I pretty much have a shake at 8:45 to 9:00pm. After I wait that hour I am pretty dead tired. I get up early. I just need to find a way to get that last meal in. 1 hour is min. on time after your pwo? Thanks for the help!

What's in your shake? A 2:1 ratio of dextrose to whey I'm assuming?
When do you finish working out, 8:45pm?

I would go home, and prepare your meal within that hour, then eat it, and hit the sack...

    JMO of course...

Yeah, don't go to bed w/the dex/pro being the LAST thing you ingested.

Eating a late night PPWO meal has had no negative impact on reaching my goals of reducing bodyfat.

I believe I'll be adopting that as well once I return to school in a few weeks...

For about 3 nights a week, depending on schedule...

Good to hear it's working for you!
