    The Sugar I bought.

    Ok I got some sugar from the store and I really dont think it would be dextrose, but how beneficial would it be to take post workout with a protein shake? It says...

    Natural Cane Sugar, less processed than refined sugar, and some other stuff about not using additives or preservatives.

    im buying some dex but i havnt ordered it yet so i just need to know how this stuff will suffice, thanks

    Just get yourself some sweet tarts until your dex. arrives, don't use the regular sugar.
