how the kucf do you drink lots of water?

i can only get 3 litres down me a day ,due to pissing in work plus not even liking water i find it hard to do.

what happens if i dont get enough water,im on a eq prop tren cycle,eca and clen

I use Crystal Light in my water to make it more "attractive" as it's easier to chug down the 1.5-2 gallons a day as I do.

BTW, with tren /eca/clen you want to stay EXTRA hydrated to flush out your kidneys and to prevent dehydration.

how many liters are in a gallon? how many 12 ounce bottles = 1 gallon? i think im getting 3/4s gallon

I drink 1 rougly liter to every meal and one big cup of green tea to every meal.
I either throw down some vitamin c disolving tabs or appel cider vinegar in the water to make it taste more interesting.

i try to drink about .8 liters every hour and i can do it easily .. its just pissing every 30-40min kills me.
