    seperating cardio/weights

    Hello bros, with my workout schedule and with school i have the same diet with 3 different workout routines

    mon wed fri looks like this
    workout7 am
    run 4pm

    tues thurs look like this
    workout 7am
    run 11 am
    ..and im DEAD tired for the rest of the day

    Saturday
    run whenever i wake up
    workout 3pm

    is this okay?

    Cardio should come first in the monrning, than workout in the evening.

    but i mean, do i still get muscle gains if i do weights in the mornings? because i have to workout in the mornings, i carpool all my lazy-ass friends without cars

    W/all that RUNNING, no wonder you are beat like a dead dog.

    As well, working out a.m. then doing cardio later that day when you are in RECOVERY is a bad idea.

    If i were trying to gain, i wouldnt do cardio at all.

    I recommend cardio even when bulking to keep the excess fat at bay, to be used as active recovery (yes it helps to speed recovery actually when done correctly), and to keep the most important muscle strong and tuned. (the HEART!!)
