    diet help please

    hello bros

im currently running testp tren e and var 700/600/525 resepctively.
and t3 50mcg ed for 4 weeks then tapper down 2 weeks.
    here is the diet.

p shake in the morning before i lift, need somtething in the stomach, its iso pure with no carbs.

    work out

after wights and before cardio i drink another shake no carbs.

cardio for an hour, (On days i dont lift i dont do the morning shake, just one when i get home with some udos oil)

meals are usually 12-14 ounces of chicken or lean red meat (limiting read meat to like 5 times a week.) with vegatbles,

i eat that four to 5 times a day depending on time. not including shakes.

at night i usual eat 6-8 eggwhites. no snacks in between, but sometimes some peanut btter to kill the sweet tooth.

cheet day on sunday is minimal not cheating too bad.

should i be taking in more carbs? or should i through a carb up day like on wed?

so i have been following this diet for close to 6 weeks, as that is also how long i have been on. the first 2 weeks i lost wieght now im stuck @ 210 for the last 2 weeks. i know my training is on point so there must be something wrong with the diet cause im not loosing any weight and i dont think im gaining that much muscle that would not cause me to loose weight.

so my question is how is the diet and is that my problem.

    thanks bros.

I'd begin seperating cardio a.m., weights p.m., as how you have it now greatly reduces the effects of lifting and cardio, damaging both outcomes.

As well, check the cutting sticky atop this forum for assistance in constructing a good approach.

having 12-14 ounces of chicken or lean beef in one sitting is just overkill, I doubt the body can process more than 8 oz at a meal. Thats at least 50g protein anyway.

Try following the cutting sticky, it is an excellent baseline to modify to your specific needs.

Looks like you need to re-read the cutting sticky... yes you do need more carbs in your diet.

ok bros, thanks for helping a hard haeaded retard such as myself out.

well AandF.... went back to the sticky, going to take your guys advice, 8 ounce meat per meal. 6 meals a day. breakfast will include a cup of brown rice and 8 eggwhites and carbs in my pwo nutrition. hour and a half after pw shake i will eat protien/veggies/brown rice. all other meals will be protien/veggie meals.

questions. how long after morning cardio should i wait to eat?
does adding carbs after cardio hinder the fat burning process?
i took swoles advice and split my workouts into 2 seesions am cardio and pm training, is it still cool to have carbs in my meal after pwo even if it is around 5-6 pm at night?

thanks again guys for all your help, im just pretty stuborn about things but since you guys took the time to help i will take the time to try it. thanks AandF.

    i love diets

Looks good bro. The extra carbs will help your workouts too I think.

Most people wait 30-45 minutes after AM cardio to eat... I wait about 15 mins (long enough to cook the eggs)

Eating carbs after cardio will stop lypolysis (fat burning) so you might want to avoid that but if you get too tired later in the day you might have no choice.

PPWO at 5-6 is fine, just make sure your last couple meals are pro/fat.
