    Arbie's

Im not on a big cutting cycle, just trying to eat good. I was woundering if the arbie's roast beef sandwiches were good or if they had a lot of hidden fat that I dont know about. Thanks

Get one of the pamphlets. Ask the guy at the counter where it is. They like to make them inconspicuous.

A regular Arby's RB has about 320 cals and 13 grams of fat, 6 being saturated fat. If you look at the nutrition info, it isn't that bad overall. There are probably better choices, but you could do a lot worse. The giant roast beef sandwhich is probably the way to go.

OMG get their turkey wrap low carb thingy its like 50+g Protein mod fat/low carb mostly lettuce/tomatoe w/ 50gPro from turkey. Kinda pricey but it works in a pinch.
